Mars Agency is operated by Mars Marketing Systems LLC ("Mars Agency," "we," "us," or "our"). We provide done-for-you marketing systems — including websites, Google Business Profile optimization, local SEO, email marketing, and booking or quote forms — to local businesses. We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Onboarding information: business name, story, phone numbers, email addresses, street address, hours, services, service areas, social media handles, time slots, discount ideas, owner name, aesthetic and legal company names, and any additional information you provide.
• Files you upload: your logo and gallery photos.
• Payment information: when you subscribe, your payment is processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
• Booking information: name, email, phone number, and appointment details when you book a call.
• Usage data: standard technical information such as device type, browser, and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

• To build, host, maintain, and update your marketing system.
• To process your subscription and communicate about your account.
• To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
• To send transactional emails, such as payment receipts and onboarding confirmations.
• To improve our services, website performance, and security.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as necessary to provide our services — with our payment processor, calendar and booking provider, email delivery provider, and hosting infrastructure — and when required by law. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes for which it was shared.

If you cancel your subscription, your data — including your website, onboarding information, and uploaded photos — will be deleted 72 hours after cancellation.

If you wish to keep your website and domain, you may request a buyout for a one-time fee of $500. The buyout covers only the domain and the website design; it does not include the broader marketing system (Google Business Profile management, SEO, email marketing, or booking calendar), which remains our property and is discontinued upon cancellation. The buyout must be requested and completed before the 72-hour deletion window expires.

Our services are intended for businesses and individuals 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.
